A sunrise free-flight balloon ride usually makes the most sense for couples, photographers, repeat Florida visitors and people marking a special occasion. If you mainly want an aerial thrill, a helicopter tour may feel more dynamic. If you want a calmer scenic experience, the balloon wins.
