Hyatt Vacation Club in 2026

Hyatt Vacation Club is a smaller Florida player than Marriott or Hilton, but the current Florida line-up is attractive if you prefer beach-focused stays and a more boutique resort mix instead of a giant Orlando-heavy network. The official Hyatt Vacation Club site now presents the club as a flexible points-based ownership product with multiple program types, exchange access and residential-style villas.
Current Hyatt Vacation Club resorts in Florida
Hyatt’s current Florida resorts page highlights five Florida properties, although one of them is exchange-only rather than a core Portfolio Program resort.
- Hyatt Vacation Club at Coconut Cove, Bonita Springs
- Hyatt Vacation Club at Beach House, Key West
- Hyatt Vacation Club at Sunset Harbor, Key West
- Hyatt Vacation Club at Windward Pointe, Key West
- The Residences on Siesta Key Beach, Sarasota / Siesta Key, available only through Club-to-Club Exchange
That mix tells you what Hyatt is best at in Florida: Key West stays, a Gulf Coast base in Bonita Springs and a lighter-touch exchange option on Siesta Key rather than a huge spread of inland theme-park resorts.
What the Florida resorts are like
Hyatt’s own Florida resort descriptions are still fairly specific, which helps when you are judging whether the club matches your holiday style.
- Coconut Cove highlights five pools, a 1,000-foot lazy river, poolside dining, a fitness centre, steam room, sauna and a private island reached by ferry
- Beach House focuses on Gulf of Mexico views, a zero-entry lagoon pool, whirlpool spa, beach area and dock
- Sunset Harbor is the most walkable Key West option, with an Old Town location close to Duval Street and Mallory Square
- Windward Pointe sells Atlantic Ocean views, an infinity-edge pool, poolside dining and nearby snorkelling and watercraft tours
- Siesta Key adds a beachfront heated pool, cabanas and easy access to Crescent Beach and Sarasota’s arts scene
Current public price examples
Hyatt does not publish a simple ownership buy-in table on the public pages we could verify, but it does publish live Florida preview-stay offers. These are not purchase prices, yet they are useful current value markers.
- Coconut Cove: entire stay from $349 for 4 days / 3 nights
- Windward Pointe: entire stay from $499 for 4 days / 3 nights
Both offers require attendance at a 120-minute sales presentation. That makes them comparable to the standard timeshare discovery model: the headline holiday price is low because the stay doubles as a sales lead.
How Hyatt ownership works now
Hyatt now describes its ownership structure through a few different programs rather than one single legacy timeshare product. The company says Hyatt Vacation Club Heritage Collection resorts are available through the Portfolio Program, while Platinum Collection resorts sit in the Platinum Program. Owners can also access resorts outside their own program through Interval International.
Hyatt also promotes points use beyond the core resorts, including World of Hyatt Bonus Points, Interval International exchanges and BEYOND experiences such as cruises and guided tours. That is useful flexibility, but it also means you should read the exchange rules and value assumptions carefully before buying.
Is Hyatt Vacation Club good value?
Hyatt Vacation Club looks strongest for travellers who genuinely want repeat Florida beach stays, especially Key West or the Gulf Coast, and who like the idea of spacious villas rather than standard hotel rooms. If your real goal is frequent Orlando theme-park stays, Marriott Vacation Club or Hilton Grand Vacations Club generally give you more obvious Central Florida options.
