How Hyatt ownership works now

Hyatt now describes its ownership structure through a few different programs rather than one single legacy timeshare product. The company says Hyatt Vacation Club Heritage Collection resorts are available through the Portfolio Program, while Platinum Collection resorts sit in the Platinum Program. Owners can also access resorts outside their own program through Interval International.

Hyatt also promotes points use beyond the core resorts, including World of Hyatt Bonus Points, Interval International exchanges and BEYOND experiences such as cruises and guided tours.
