As part of the annual Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, Disney present an exclusive all-you-can-eat-and-drink “Party for the Senses” event at the World Showplace Events Pavilion where guests are treated to some of the finest cuisine that Disney has to offer with dozens of gourmet food and wine tasting stations plus craft cocktails and beers.

As well as the party, the event also includes guaranteed seating at the 5:30 p.m. Eat to the Beat Concert Series.

From 2017, Disney has tweaked their Party for the Senses event and is now offering guaranteed seating for all their guests. In previous years, seating was an optional paid extra.

This year the event is held on five Saturday nights with seating for all 1,000 guests including 120 seats in the Wine View Lounge.

The 2018 dates are September 22, October 6, 13 and 20 plus November 10 and the event runs from around 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The seating is arranged around eight show kitchens manned by Disney chefs, everything from intimate two seat tables to large communal 24 seat tables.

As well as the food, there is also live entertainment from Femmes of Rock, a 4 piece all-girl string quartet called “Bella Electric Strings”.

Party for the Senses Ticket Options

For 2018 there are just two ticket options:

  • Wine View Lounge — gives you early admission at 6:30 p.m., a premium bar, artisanal cheeses, a speciality welcome cocktail toast and a gift when you leave. It also places you closer to the stage and dance floor. You also get complimentary transport in one of Disney’s new Minnie Vans to and from the main entrance to the event site which is situated between the United Kingdom and Canada pavilions. Price is $349 per guest plus tax

  • Reserved Seating — gives you a reserved seat at one of the communal tables on the main floor and a speciality welcome cocktail toast. Price is $229 per guest plus tax

Both ticket option prices include a gratuity. Note you also need a regular park admission ticket and you have to be 21 or older to consume alcohol.

Reservations are essential as places sell out fast.

In previous years there was a third ticket option which allowed you to reserve a whole table for your group rather than being seated at one of the communal tables.
