January 30, 2013 – United Launch Alliance Atlas 5 Rocket, TDRS K

A United Launch Alliance Atlas 5 Rocket launched the first Tracking and Data Relay Satellite System (TDRSS) for NASA. The satellite will connect Mission Control with the International Space Station and other orbiting satellites.

Launch was from launch pad SLC–41 on January 30, 2013.

Delayed from June 12, December 6 and 13, 2012.

March 1, 2013 – SpaceX Falcon 9, Dragon C4

The SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launched the fourth Dragon spacecraft, Dragon C4. The purpose of the mission was to take the second resupply cargo load to the International Space Station.

Launch was from launch pad SLC–40.

Delayed from December 2012 and January 2013.

May 15, 2013 – United Launch Alliance Atlas 5 Rocket, GPS 2F–4

The Atlas 5 rocket launched the fourth block 2F Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) satellite for the U.S. Air Force.

Launch was from launch pad SLC–41.

Delayed from March.

May 25, 2013 – United Launch Alliance Delta 4 Rocket, WGS 5

The Delta 4 rocket launched the fifth Wideband Global Satcom (WGS) satellite for the U.S. Military.

Launch was from launch pad SLC–37B.

Delayed from January 18, February, March and May 5.

July 19, 2013 – United Launch Alliance Atlas 5 Rocket, MUOS 2

The Atlas 5 rocket launched the second Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) satellite for the U.S. Navy.

Launch was from launch pad SLC–41.

August 7 , 2013 – United Launch Alliance Delta 4 Rocket, WGS 6

The Delta 4 rocket will launch the sixth Wideband Global Satcom (WGS) satellite for the U.S. Military.

Launch was from launch pad SLC–37B.

Delayed from June and July.

September 18, 2013 – United Launch Alliance Atlas 5 Rocket, AEHF 3

The Atlas 5 rocket launched the third Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) satellite for the U.S. Military.

Launch was from launch pad SLC–41.

November 18, 2013 – United Launch Alliance Atlas 5 Rocket, MAVEN

The Atlas 5 rocket launched the Mars Atmosphere and Volatile Evolution (MAVEN) orbiter.

Launch was from launch pad SLC–41.

December 3, 2013 – SpaceX Falcon 9, SES8

The SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launched the SES8 communications satellite for the Asia-Pacific region.

Launch window was 5:41 to 7:70 pm from launch pad SLC–40 .

Delayed from July, August, October and various dates in November and December 2. Launches on November 25 and 28 scrubbed.

December 12, 2013 – United Launch Alliance Delta 4 Rocket, GPS 2F–5

The Delta 4 rocket launched the fifth block 2F Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) satellite for the U.S. Air Force.

Launch was from launch pad SLC–41.

Delayed from October 17 and 23.
